THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Studies have shown massage therapy can lower heart rate and blood pressure, improve posture and range of motion, as well as increase blood circulation, lymphatic flow and endorphins. It is beneficial to help clients in managing and relieving chronic or acute pain. A reduction in pain, muscle tension, anxiety and stress will lead to overall improved health and wellness.
